My BLU Life One X2 fell from my bedside only two feet to a hardwood floor. It landed on the corner. Since then the volume button is depressed in the down direction. What do I do? I tried calling support but they never picked up. Thanks

@oniell , Jack, If under warranty, you could try that route. If not under warranty perhaps disassemble the device enough so you can possibly reseat the button internally as maybe dislodged from a retainer/bracket. PS ... I had a work phone for years and dropped on cement while walking and never had a problem. The BLU phone seems like garbage if it can be so easily broken? Is there a BLU phone repair shop in Huntington Beach California? Otherwise I'm going to throw this piece of junk out the window and get a Samsung.
