3ds wont load games

The problem is a strange one the 3ds detects the game I can see the picture icons of the game on bother screens but when press button ( a) or open the game will not load up , Everything else is working on the 3ds and I have already checked the game on another 3ds and tried other games so the problem is not the game cart ,

I have heard other people have had problems with games not reading and loading but they say it is not detected first so I was thinking this maybe a different problem .

If anyone has had this problem or any ideas how I could go about fixing it would be appreciated
