Why do I have lines when I print?
there are lines when printing black. when I do head cleaning nothing changes.

abigailhechejewels , the lines may be coming from dirty/ink on feed rollers, clean the rollers with soft cloth dampened with 90% Isopropyl Alcohol . Good luck.

cleaned rollers twice still have lines
Hi Mr. Bill, it sounds like I have the same problem as you. I tried everything from cleaning nozzles, head alignment and rollers like you did. I think it's going to be an electronics problem that will be very expensive to fix. So my thoughts on it are is probably ending up dumping it to buy a new one but not before I tear the whole thing apart trying to find it. My lines are horizontal throughout every document spaced about an inch apart. Good luck, I will let you know if I find a solution if your problem is the same.
