For my PlayStation 2 to pick up that a disc is in, I need to put a lot of weight on the top back middle of the disc tray when the tray is closed, is there anyway I can fix this problem?

1) Either replacing or realigning the Optical drive,
PlayStation 2 Slimline Optical Drive Replacement
or 2) Either replacing or realigning the Housing.
