New replacement Screen - No back light

Fitted a new replacement screen to my LG G5, but there is no back light?

Put the old cracked screen on and backlight works as normal. Any ideas? Faulty new screen?

@finianmark5 , Mark, If assembled correctly and connections were good, faulty replacement display/screen. Return for exchange/refund. Good luck.
