I have tried to reset it with the buttons as there is no reset pin hole, it will not reset, just keeps going to connecting to my world and stops. What else can I do ? My daughter is very upset she can not use it.
Please help ASAP,

Try holding volume up and pressing the power button at the same time for about 15 seconds. If that doesn't work try holding volume down and the power button for 15 seconds. One of these combinations will force the tablet to turn off. Hopefully it will turn back on normally.

It will turn on, but will not go past the connecting my world. I have tried to hard reset with the buttons, does not have pi hole. It will not reset, just keeps turning on, and going to connecting my world screen. I really need to do a reset/recovery to get this working again.
If it does not do a hard reset then leave it unconnected from power and let the battery drain down. Also, check out the other questions in the tablets-Irulu section of answers for better description of problem.
