Hi,
I bought that ssd, but mac doesn't still charging and I don't see a finish. I checked the verbose mode and the mac stay it freeze.
I have a Macbook7,1 white unibody Mid 2010 A1342.

Most likely is that the new drive is not backward compatible with your machine.
Your machine has a Serial ATA (3 Gb/s) BUS.

Thank you so much, I thought this would be the problem. Do you mind tell me what ssd could be compatible?

Please clarify whats happening. Your system is not charging? Or won't run?

The system won't run using the sata port inside the mac.

Have you tried installing an OS on the SSD?

The ssd has installed Sierra, I installed the system on the ssd by using the usb port and I changed the original HDD for the new ssd, but is not working when I made change.
