Whenever I turn on my Macintosh 128k, I hear the startup beep but the screen doesn't turn on. Sometimes it flickers but that's it. Does anyone here know how I could fix this?

Most of the issues on this machine will be bad capacitors. Open it up and look for swollen and/or leaking caps. I've have very good luck just replacing them over the years. The definitive repair guy on this is this guy:
