Loud speakers and Headphone ports are not working tried all...

My laptops loudspeakers and headphone ports are not working as showing error "No speakers or headphones are plugged in " . I had tried all the solutions like changing the sound drivers and making sound IC change by one of the service center. but no i am stuck with this issue as No one no what to do to resolve this issue ???

Could any one help me on this how can i make my laptop working with audio ??

Is there any issue of changing windows OS as i have changed from windows 7 to windows 10 but i have taken upgrade for all drivers on the same time... but still issue persist.....!!
