Hello my Alcatel one touch ideal (4060a) won't turn on, had water damage, cleaned it checked for burnt stuff etc but shows no power. Only sign of life is blinking light.

Have you tried to hard wire it with a broken charger? I have the same problem with an alcatel phone too. I haven't tried it because I just barely tried turning it on after letting it dry out, but plan on cutting the en off one of my broken chargers, and putting the red wire in between the battery and the phone where the “ + “ is and the black where the “ - “ is. @gigabit87898 did you replace the battery?
wet batteries are usually the first thing I replace. There usually junk . What did you use to clean it?
