Formulating with other words, in this helpful guide Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Teardown at Step #10, what has the technician in his hand ? I'm searching the technical name of this parts to buy another one and indeed all parts names

Top sensor/antenna bracket thing...y, that sort of thing.
It's quite difficult to buy Surface repair parts since the device volume isn't high enough to support a third-party repair industry, so no one bothered to source parts/service manuals.
