1 Why is my disk not being read?
When I put the disk into the Blu-ray player, it doesn't read the disk.

Inspect the disk for scratches or smudges. If it is scratched up, it won't play, and if it's smudged, it will need to be cleaned with a microfiber rag.

I did all that and my Panasonic Blu-ray still did not play
Stacey Wiley what model is your DVD player and if you say you "did all that", what does it entail?
It's a Panasonic. I cleaned disk w/disk cleaner kit and let sit for few before inserting back in blu-ray
