Why is my device not holding charge?

My Jabra Freeway will not hold its charge for more than a few hours. As soon as I plug it in it comes back to life. What could the problem be?

Hi there Alec, it sounds like your issue has to do with problems with the battery. It will need to be replaced. Please refer to the "battery replacement guide" for more assistance.
