No video or audio

When turned on it goes to a black screen no logo no audio nothing I opened it up and had to replace a cmos batt but the connections looked fine and my video cables are fine its not the video settings as I have both composite and component cables

I'm wondering if the bios chip died or the video processer failed

BTW it's a ps2 scph 30001r gh015 motherboard inside
