Why won't my device charge?
I plug the device into the car and it doesn't charge.

Try charging the device indoors while the device is powered off. If the device still isn't charging, a new charging cord might be required. If new cables are not helping, then the device may need a new battery.

Try charging it on a wall charger instead of in the car. Also it could be a damaged cable, or a damaged charging port.
