There are several reasons why your flat iron will not turn on. Check the cord for any frayed or exposed wires. If that is fine, it could either be a faulty on/off switch or a blown fuse. See our troubleshooting guide here for more information.

I've had my 9000 cordless straighteners bout a year but only just charged them as been using other ones but the light is green but won't heat up anyone no why they won't heat up they are new never been used only opened them today

My Babyliss pro nano titanium has recently stopped heating up. When I googled the warranty the article says it’s 2 years from purchase, but the dealer where I bought it says the warranty was only 6 months. Is there any chance to repair it?

Here are the possible solutions that might help for your flat iron as mine:
- loose wire connection
- faulty power cord
- faulty curcit/ board
- faulty power source

if your flat iron is not working then make sure it’s plugged in or you can replace it with a new one.

Same thing with mine I love it way better than a chi my favorite hairstriggterner of all time!had it for a year now when I plug it in it in shows off and won’t turn on😩 and nothing wrong with the cord or nothing like I don’t get upset about things but this I am very very upset about:/
I LOVE mine also but if i have 2 buy every year ill find a new company!!!

I have a legacy hd iron with toggle off on switch and digital display..if I can get it come on after I move it a couple times it shuts off...???
