My RCA Viking Pro keyboard doesn't work anymore. I can't type on it anymore. I can't use the track pad either. I haven't tried rebooting it because I don't know how. Please tell me what I should do.

Hi,
Press the RESET button at the back of the tablet; then press and hold the Power button for 4~5 seconds to turn on the tablet.

I tried to reset my rca tablet but it is still not working
I just tried that and it still not working
This thing has been giving me grief sence day 1…… I want to buy American but it seems to be JUNK…. What is this trap that America is getting into……………….. No this fix didn’t work……………..
