Error 70 on start up and mode c1 c2 c3

when ever i startup my camera error 70 occur, i click one time and its gone..and whenever i select mode c1 c2 c3 error 70 occur again..c1 c2 c3 mode cannot be used,and whenever i press liveview mode..lcd become black..and i dial to auto (full auto)live view canbe assess only but movie rec without audio. Pliss Help
