Why is my car idling so high having hard time starting

I need to replace the. Camshaft censor can you help me please. I have. A 1999 Saturn 3 doors my husband put a new fuel pump still idles high have to pump gas pedal alto or hold it down please help

Opções

autozone will check the trouble code for free.Some sensors are easy to replace while others,not so much.It could be as easy as adjusting tps with a screwdriver.
