iPhone 6 disabled, emergency call one, TOUCH id no go

Took my phone screen cracked, got moisture in it, screen began to glitch and got to the point of really bad distortion, it began to malfunction and make calls out, bring up random applications with out command. Phone became disabled. Took it to Batteries plus and paid 122, guy said the battery was swollen and strip is red verses white, he didn't want to take out the battery until we knew for certain that there was no internal issues.

Touch ID isn't working after the screen replacement. Now that screen is fixed iPhone is asking to be connected to iTunes with iPhone disabled screen, when I swipe it only gives me emergency dial pad, so I cant enter passcode for iTunes to allow sync! How do I fix this?!
