Hello, I have a kenmore h e top load washer that my wife over loaded with blankets.
came back to it humming and full of water. ran the diagnostics for calibration and the agitator runs but then stops and the humm starts, then nothing...KENMORE AUTOMATIC WASHER MODEL #11026002010

I fixed it! Took off the pump and cleaned it out. I found a piece of plastic that was jamming it....fixed!!!!

Try unplugging it for five minutes to allow it to reset.

Thanks for the tip mayer! I did try it but it did nothing. I did however manage to get it going by draining all the water out of the basket, it fired right up and ran it thru the cleaning cycle or tried too, it got like 80 % and then the humm came back ! Game Over. I Dont have any idea what the deal is! maybe you do? Thanks....
