I've got this Asus ROG G551JW with windows 10 installed and my microphone sound is recording very silent. My headset is a Corsair Raptor hs30.
I've tried a lot of things:
-Installing the latest driver available
-turning up my mic boost up to +20 Db
and lots of other stuff.
Please help me with this problem I really want it fixed.

I had some of the same problems with my laptop. The first thing is that the headset might not be compatible with the device. I know that some headsets can act very weird with systems. If you’re certain that the mic input is coming from your headset mic and it works fine on another computer you might need to check most everything to do with either the headset itself or the computer audio drivers and stuff like that. I fixed mine by just searching for latest driver for my realtek audio and then had to delete any remnants of bluetooth devices that seemed to cause the problem. Hope something helped!
