Hi.
1. Begin by holding down the power key for a short while in order to switch off the device
2. Then hold down the volume up + power button for a couple of seconds
3. Release held keys when you see an android image
4.Than press power button to enter recovery mode.
After these steps you can wipe data or factory reset the phone
