so my ipod continues to glitch everytime i use it so i cannot use imessage, safari, or any app cause of this glitch problem... so i go to settings to reset all settings but i still get the same problem even after i reset my settings.

It seems like you are having a problem with your digitizer...
Have you recently dropped the ipod? Has it been kept in a dry place?
Anything like a hard drop or water can destroy the internal connections...
It doesn't seem like you are having a software problem but you could try backing up the ipod and restoring it.. I don't think it will fix it but it's worth a try...
