I have a Mac mini late 2012 Core i7

Apple tech said you need to replace your logic board.

Is there any other way to repair it without changing it.

I would attempt a reflow of the GPU. You can get a AT8586 Hot Air Gun for under $100, attempt the repair and then re-sell it one eBay to help reduce you costs.
