Hang display then boot loop

Boot loop.

Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 GT-S7582 Around 30 seconds after displaying homepage, unit suddenly hangs then max brightness triggers, a gray static screen appears, then sudden power off.. then the process repeats draining battery life.

One thing I noticed is whenever I tried to delete all messages and files from the gallery/folder, It is magically restored when the unit restarts again. Also there are some folders that cannot be deleted.

It started when we downloaded a movie and a subtitle online.

I've tried doing hard-resets and factory resets but no luck.

There's also an error on wiping cache.

Nearest technician tried to use Odin software to reprogram unit and still the problem exists.
