How do I repair my frozen, unresponsive screen?
My screen will not respond to touch anymore and is stuck on the same page for a long time, what do I do?

The device may be repaired by a reset of the BIOS. To do this, turn the tablet off, and then when you restart it, hold down the volume up and the volume down buttons.
