i can t turn it on lock on apple logo then restart
and when i put it on charge i have a picture of steve job talking russian
i can t put it on restore mode or dfu
i tunes don t recognize it

The only way to put that logo there is to Jailbreak it. I'm guessing you bought it on? The jailbreak looks like it has been dune wrong.
The best fix I can think of is to completely restore the firmware, witch you can get here:
http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/
And a tool to jailbreak called the Pwnage Tool. You have to find the version compatible with the firmware so if you want to run 3.1.3 google the following Pwnage tool 3.1.3 and you can get the right tool.
Also if you go to emac2299's channel on youtube you can find a tutorial for how do do it
