I am fixing an Iphone a co-worker gave me, he told me it was an iPhone 4 GSM. I ordered a screen for it but after trying to replace it, i found out it was an iPhone 4s. Can I send back a get a refund, or at least exchange it for an iPhone 4s screen?? Is there a number to call for customer service?

This forum is not... how should I say.. "actively monitored" by iFixit sales personnel.
In your case, contact sales@ifixit.com and explain your problem. They will surely have a solution for you as this mix-up happens sometimes.
