Why cant charge my phone?
my phone died and wont charge. I plugged it in the wall for 2 or 3 hours and the light never came on. is there a short somewhere? this phone is brand new.

Could be a bad charging port. If you can try a different cable and see if you get better luck. If the result is still the same, I'm almost sure your Charging port is bad and needs replacement.

If the phone is brand new take it back on warranty
