How to repair my HTC phone?

Hello. I just wanted to know, how can i repair my HTC Desire 816 Phone? Because i try to reset, turn the phone off and on or clearing my entire phone and it's still saying "Unforunately, the process com.android.settings has stopped. So, What can i do next to repair my phone?
