Yes it is but will probably not bring back a greyed out wifi
Is the wifi greyed out or just weak?
Has the phone been apart before?

There are 3 wifi antennas in iPhone 6s, it is not possible to fail at the same time.

I just bought one off ebay and they said the wifi isn't working does that effect any other functions of the phone like making calls
Apparently it is possible for one antenna to take out the wifi, as I have damaged one and that was the result. It also took out Bluetooth unless the paired device is within a few inches of the phone.
