1994 Toyota Camry starts but dies

My car was running great on my way to the store, then when I went to leave it started, after putting it in gear and going a few feet it shut off. I replaced the fuel pump 1 year ago and it's still working, had the top pulled off last year to replace a heater hose by pass, put new plugs in and check a few other things everything was in great shape, got a smog last month was told the emissions were better than last years! So I'm totally stumped how would I go about checking the injector regulater? I'm going to put in a new fuel filter, just not sure how to check the regulater. Sounds like it's not getting enough gas thanks for your input.
