energ calls only and web page not avail

For the last week... my Galaxy Alpha keeps loosing connection, reverting to "emergency calls only" and "web page not available". If I turn it off and back on again I have a brief window of normal function but appear to loose same within 10 minutes.

Its not my provider or nano sim (have just changed same).

Any advice would be appreciated.
