my phone barely keeps a charge to start with. ive only had this phone for 20 days and the charger isnt working anymore. I dont know if its the phone charger port or the charger itself. now my phone is on two %. is there any way to fix this. i need my phone so is there any way i could charg it without the charger until i get it fixed.

Hello Tiasha,
Use another Charger or another power source like PC USB or power bank. Connect the phone and keep 20 mins to get any sign of charging. after 20 mins phone remaining dead you check the phone with new battery. Here you can get the guide for battery replacement. be careful while handling hi capacity soldered battery.
