Why no wifi on iPod touch?
Have restored, restarted but still wifi is grey & I cannot press to go on wifi...says no wifi. When I go to Network can only press VPN

Try and navigate to Settings>General>Reset, then select "Reset network settings" this worked on an iPhone 3G that i had repaired a little while ago.

I have the exact same problem. I have an Ipod touch 8gb. Wifi is greyed out.
