Hi I have a rooted phone and a custom ROM on it (omnirom) but when I try to sign in to my Google account I keep getting the same thing and I don't know what to do. Can someone help me plz. I have tried factory resetting my phone and that didn't work. I have tried putting a new ROM on it and that didn't work. What else can I do.

YOU NEED ROOT FOR THIS!!!!! You can download hosts editor in your browser and you go in it, you can see 3 hosts and you click on them and there is a toggle button, you click it and boom! That is an easy step.
