i have sony vaio VPCEH36EA , win7 64 bit , BIOS insyde h2o R0190Z9 , i need to flash my BIOS i can't find the exactly BIOS file for my laptop pls help me out with file or where to find it , ps : i can't download from sony vaio websites .

thx i already checked sony vaio website ,but i can't download from it region pb. it would be so kind of u if u upload it here :).
starskh, use only official site to get flash file. otherwise you are in trouble, may be your adventure end with dead notebook
sony vaio doesn't support my region , so i think i will forgot about flashing the BIOS :( THX .
What do you expecting after flash ?
i have some pb with the laptop when it goes under 50% battery some times it won't open until i charge it sometimes it dose i found in other website that flashing maybe will help me i tried other discharging method nothing work .
