Charing issue after mac shutting down itself

Hi, i have a problem.

After my mac shutted down itself after i put on the magsafe in the port, it does not charge anymore. AND with the battery removed it does not boot, and the light on the magsafe is blinking green.

I thought about a failure on the magsafe, so i tried with another working one, but it does not work and does the blinkin green without battery thing.

I hope it's the DC board and nothing more serious and expensive.
