USB is not supporting Any Movie Format

The Toshiba 40PB200 is a 40-inch flatscreen television in the PB200 series. It was released in 2012.

Hi,

I have Toshiba LED Television Model : 40PB200E1 with me.

But USB is not supporting any Movie Format.

I have heard from my colleague that there USB Frame has to be Upgrade, I help me how I can do the same for My Model.
