What is making the rattling noise on startup?

Every time the car is started, mainly when it's cold it makes a loud rattling noise for a while and then if you rev up the motor it tends to go away.i changed the tensioner pulley thinking that would solve it but no luck. Please anyone have same issue help!!

And it's not low on oil already thought that.
