i can talk without ear phones but i cant listen songs without ear phones?can u explain my mobile problem? and i want to repair my mobile as my own wat instruments i need and wat i have to do? how to repair it pls explain me.

i would say the the speaker is faulty and needs to be replaced.
the w810i has 2 speackers in one assembly - replacing it is not the big problem.
CLICK for a HowTo video on youtube - the speaker is one of the last parts inside the phone
