What to do if screen is not working?

my phone fell in the wáter about a month ago i put it in rice and outside in the sun but the screen is black and can bearly see the apps its like if the brightness when down. everything Works perfectly i get notifications and calls its just the brightness

Opções

You'll have to change your LCD or Backlight. One of the two was damaged when it got water damage on it. My brother had the same thing happen to his ipod touch. Check around on YouTube. Some people may have found a way to fix it. I think it has to be replaced though. Sorry I can't be of anymore help.
