Fixed power button but now my touch screen will not respond

After fixing power button now I discovered the touch screen will not respond. It powers up fine. I think the problem is the small black tape Connection from the screen itself is now disconnected. There are 2 flat tape like looking connections that go between screen and this I believe is the problem. Can it be fixed?
