How can I clean the fan?
Every now and then my computer will randomly shut off, usually when I have been using it for several hours. I think it is because there is dust in the fan?

Hi Jennifer,
Have you noticed any temperature problems? It's possible your laptop is overheating. Does it start to feel more hot than it should after a while?

If you would like to clean the fan you can remove the back panel using this guide: Substituição do painel traseiro do Asus VivoBook Q200E-BSI3T08 and then you can clean the fan using either compressed air or a small, soft brush.
