This part fell off my iphone 5 motherboard, what does it do? and is it possible to replace it?

That's the cellular anntena it's located on the top of the motherboard and need soldered on

That is the top cellular antenna connector/GPS front amp and antenna connector.
It is possible to replace, however, based on the look of it I'd say the logic board solder pads are damaged, which can be difficult to repair.

I ripped the cable off, therefor it looks like that. I will try to clean the logic board solder pads.
