screen starts balancing between white some RGB scroll

i have a L850 toshiba , AMD 7670M GPU , the screen went crazy suddenly when i was surfing the screen starts balancing between white some RGB scroll and then it returns normal for 2 seconds then it repeat the same thing ! i have tried some tricks like checking the RAM Cards , removing the battery & holding the power on button for a while & restart it , i even deleted the GPU drivers but nothing , works !

it even keeps doing it in the bios menu & even without a hard drive & the bios battery !
