If ear speaker you are best replacing as the part is only like £1

I think you can best replace the speaker (or ear speaker whatever it is)
They'll cost not much, but you have to look for one wich has the antenna already installed or use your own antennna.
If after replacing the speaker your sound is still low, you might have a faulty chip
