Why won't my device print?

This may be due to one of three things: weak batteries, improper placement of cassette or having an empty cassette. Connect the AC adapter to the device or replace the batteries. Check to make sure that the cassette is not empty. Then make sure that the cassette has been inserted properly and the tape compartment is fully closed.
