I ran into this issue when replaced battery by myself . I have also tried replacing charging port assembly but still no sound from headphones . When headphones are plugged in sound comes from speakers . Any help would be appreciated . Thanks

what I would do first is a restore to rule out a software bug

Yes I have tried that too , reset setting , re-installing OS
I have the same problem after replacing the charge port. Did you fix yours? If so, how? Charlie x
